Malissa Y. Myers

Malissa Y. Myers is  New Jersey born actress who began her acting journey over 16 years ago in the church pews that led to starring in a sold-out production at the legendary Crosswords Theater located in New Brunswick, NJ. From that moment on Malissa knew that acting was her gift and the stage was where she belonged. Malissa is extremely grateful to work alongside so many independent writers, directors, and talented artists while performing in various theatre and film productions all across the country. In addition to touring on stage, Malissa has ventured into V.O acting on various projects and has had her directorial debut of the series I Need Help written by Ace Brown. Malissa's film history includes but is not limited to Sordid by Strickland Media Group (Official Selection in the Newark International Film Festival 2019, Queen City Film Festival and Ocktober Film Festival). Background on the set of Billions and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Ace Brown Productions/Strickland Media Group's You Owe Me (Official Selection in the Newark International Film Festival 2019) and Dawn (Official Selection and Winner in the New York International Film Awards, YOFI fest, Red Movie Awards, Zone Festival). In 2024 Malissa had the privilege and honor to be nominated for the Best Actor award and won Tommy's Best Actor Award in 2025. Malissa is known for her dedication, professionalism, love of the arts, and her contagious laughter. Her favorite Motto is "Stay Encouraged for the Best is Yet to Come".
